Summary of the problem Crashes when I die, also no grave shows up.
Pack Version 1.4.1
What is the bug? Everytime I die the client crashes and when I get back on it after it crashes and closes, I load the game up and load the save which in the dead state but when I get back to the area there is no grave nor do I get a death letter. so in all I lose everything I have on death.
I need help pin-pointing which mod I need to disable. (Currently in singleplayer)
Mod & Version Not sure but it's mostly most mods in minecraft Version 1.10.2

Is it repeatable? Yes every time I die.
