Summary of the problem Crashes when first loading item model phase

Pack Version 3.0.9

What is the bug? Every time I started game and its always crash when loading item model at the Phase 1 (I see before getting crash it load minecraft:milk_bucket)

Mod & Version FTB Sky Factory 3 V3.0.15
with custom mod installed, including

GalacticraftCore/Planets
More Planets
Indicatia
Thermal Expansion
Thermal Dynamics
Thermal Foundation
MooFluid
OpenBlocks

Is it repeatable? Randomly happened. Sometime its work fine.

Known Fix
 
Try without optifine.

If it still fails, try without the resource packs.

And if that also fails, post new log from that crash.
 
So I've follow your way it doesn't solve this crash.

Attempt 1: Try without Optifine but with resource packs
Attempt 2: Try without resource packs but with Optifine
Attempt 3: Try without Optifine and resource packs

Yeah, its randomly happened. Maybe custom mod installed?

Are you sure you did that without the resource packs as well, both logs show the packs.

Please try again and make sure - also post new logs if it still fails, and don't add them like attached files - please use paste.feed-the-beast.com as you did in your first post.
 
OK, I should solve this. Found the solution by disable milk bucket in Minefactory Reloaded.
