crashes in the nether and overworld when I join a server

I had this problem for so long on this server I go to. I could not go in the nether without instantly crashing with and without optifine, and this was about the time mindcrack pack got introduced when this started and did not change after all the updates. And know its in the overworld. And i cannot join this server without the client just instantly closing. I get some kind of error log in my FTB directory and i researched it without any luck. I will include this log in a pastebin below. I updated my graphic drivers, sound drivers, Java, and FTB many times with no luck. I messed around with the ram with no luck. I have no where else to look at

I should note that it is a hs_err_pid(numbers) file and searched that up and it seems like it is affecting the majority of AMD users. I will try to look in deeper.

Java 7 64 bit
AMD Phenom II x4
4.00 GB Dual Channel DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6870

Okay i fixed it for the most part. I had to go and clear all my java registry and reinstall java. Worked for now
