Problem Crashes, freezes, chunk errors and more..

Ok first of, let me summarize my system:

  • OS: Ubuntu Server 12.04
  • Java : Oracle Java 7
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 3770k (8 cores)
  • Memory: 32GB RAM
  • Harddrive: SSD disk for running MC, 500GB 3,5" disk for running OS
  • FTB Version: MindCrack 8.1.1
I'm running version 229 of MCPC+, downloaded from http://ci.md-5.net/job/MCPC-Plus/
My plugins are:
  • AutoMessage
  • Buycraft
  • ChatManager
  • ChestShop
  • Enjin Plugin
  • Essentials
  • GAListener
  • GrievPrevention
  • HeroChat
  • iConomy
  • LogBlock
  • ModifyWorld
  • PermissionsEx
  • SimpleBackup
  • SimpleHelpTickets
  • TekkitCustomizer
  • Votifier
  • WorldBorder
  • WorldEdit
  • WorldGuard
The problems I'm facing are crashes, multiple crashes each day. I'm using Minecraft Remote Toolkit as a wrapper, but this doesn't detect the crashes.
What I'm wondering is do other FTB Mindcrack servers have these stability issues? What version are you running (ForgeEssentials, BukkitForge or MCPC+)?
Any help in these random crashes, chunk errors and freezes is much appreciated.
