Crashes at loading screen

Details of the issue:
When i press the "Launch" button, minecraft apears and then crashes 1-5 secs after it apeared.... it is a fresh copy and i updated java​
 
This is the same problem i am having but with any modpack. I had this problem before, but i can't seem to find mt post about it and someone replied to it and they helped me.
 
Try going to options pane in the launcher, clicking "Force update" and then launching the pack again
