Reduce allocated ram.

For 1.7.10-packs and older - 2-4gb is enough
For 1.10.2-packs and newer - 4-6gb is enough

The do a repair of the pack, and if it still fails - post new log

I have reduced allocated ram and I repaired the pack and the same thing still happens.

That server is running plugins as well - not just forge, and it looks like a server side issue - contact server admin to sort this out. (check your inventory and such).
