Crash whenever someone joins server (Please Help)

Hey guys, I tried to log on to my server today but it keeps on crashing whenever I log in. It will load the same 5 chunks everytime but nothing else, after awhile I will get:

Connection Lost​
Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out​
