Details of the issue:

This crash occurs when the server is starting. Restoring from a backup gives the same result.​

Help would be greatly appreciated here-every fix I'm trying just resets the world to the original Skyfactory preset.

Your problem is a wireless redstone is flipping out. Since restoring a backup didn't work. Make a copy of your world. Then disable WR-CBE (wireless redstone). Launch the world and see if it loads. It should remove all of the wireless redstone items & blocks from your game. If that works then re-enable the mod (if desired) and cheat back in the items that were deleted.

I just did that and the server starts up but the world is the default Skyfactory world (tree and dirt).

I'm wondering if your reset you did somehow deleted the world. Do you have an older back up you can try and restore?

I downloaded the zip file you sent me in PM. Something is wrong with the level.dat and the region files. So I really think your game world is corrupted beyond recovery. I wish I could help more. The only advice I can give you going forward is backup you world frequently. FTB Utils which is this pack does have a way to automate the backups. You may want to look into it or maybe use Aroma Backup.
