Crash when I withdraw items from chests

I've been playing on my single player for quite some time and all of a sudden when I try to withdraw items from my chest it just shutdown internal server. I have not updated anything lately and I have been running the game perfectly fine for several hours during many days before this happend.

Java: 7 update 17

According to your crash log, you're using Java 7 update 6, you may need to manually uninstall your outdated update.

Well I checked my computer and I had java 7 u6 64bit and Java 7 u17 32-bit so I uninstalled U6 and installed the 64bit version but it still crashes.

I don't think that java could be the problem since it started to happend after very long time?



EDIT: Seems to be working now but I have absolutely no idea why. I started the game and pressed E and then O to open NEI and i enabled it and then I realised it was working. I will post here again if it comes back.
