Windows .jar Crash when going through portalgun portals.

Hi.
I'm playing on a server with the Mindcrack v.8.2.0 pack.
Every other time I go through a portal to return to my house, my client crashes.
I've attached the latest crashlog in the hopes it will help someone find what is causing the crash.
Ask if you need more info and I'll be happy to update my post.
