Crash.. What in the blazes is going on?

Custom pack but any help would be greatly appreciated:

Something going very wrong with my entities.. Changing to peaceful seems to help but is intermittent crashes so could be a coincidence.

First crash looks like an corrupted entity at -1035.07, 56.00, -45.07.
To solve it make a backup of your world and remove it with mcedit.
I haven't looked at the other ones yet.
 
That seems to be a symptom not the cause... From the logs I can see I've had a cow, sheep, spider and golem all glitch out
