[Crash] Vacuum Hopper - OpenBlocks

Hey guys, so I tried on multiple worlds, placing the vacuum hopper from OpenBlocks crashes minecraft and corrupts the world giving this in the crash report:

Anyone have any idea what the issue is?

This may be related (first post on page), though not sure which mod pack you're using or what your setup looked like.
