Splicing a princess with a common template and my game now crashes every time I try to log into it. DW20, Win 7, current java. I spawned in both the princess and the template if it makes a difference. Using the current version of DW20, and the only other mod I have installed is additional pipes (which I don't think has any relevance, but you never know...).

Maybe something you can do is temporarily remove extra bees from your mods directory, load up the world, let forge skip over those non existing blocks, exit the world and put back in the extra bees mod. You will lose those machines, but it might recover your world.

You won't lose any of the items in chests though as long as you don't open them while the mod is not installed.

I'm guessing what happened was since you spawned in the princess and the template they didn't have any genes and it crashed with a null pointer exception meaning it tried to use something that had no value, in this case it tried to read the gene, but there was no gene. Try spawning in the hive for the princess.

If I remember, it was a meadows princess and a common template, so I assumed they had genes, but that's interesting if that's what happened.

I just tried it, you're right the bee does have traits, I'm not sure about the template since I haven't used extra bees much, try making it however you normally would rather than spawning it in.
