Details of the issue:
i teleported to a friend who was in another age whilst i was in the real world. When i did, i had a frozen screen and a error message. when i restarted ftb and tried to join the server, i couldn't and i have a error message. please can i have help. thanks.​

For some reason your tp caused it to want to create another dimension it seems. How did you tp to him?

it was a server command e.g. /tpa [his ign] [my ign]

he sent me the teleport [/tpahere] and i accepted it to teleport to him [/tpaccept]

i really want to get this fixed because i put so much time into this server

EDIT: it says in the error log that "Could not get provider type for dimension 463, does not exist"
This was last night and my friend a few minutes ago said he could not get into the age and that the book vanished.

I fear that you need to ask help by the admin, give him the crashlog and what you did if you can remember give him a list of items that where in your inventory because I fear that the only solution is to wipe your player.dat file.
