Crash Report on DW20 Pack

I just set up a nether lava pump using a BC pump, luqiducts, a liquid unloader and a tank cart going through a mystcraft portal to a unloader set up on the other side piping to a RC tank. I started crashing once i set this up. Heres the report:

So are Mystcraft portals broken completely or just with carts and items ? i throw an item through a portal and it crashes the server.
can a player go through a portal or will it crash the server too ?
