Not sure why it happened.
The mod was running smoothly for about six hours. I was running a LAN server the entire time and using two additional mods, Material Detector, and Radar Bro in addition to Opti-Fine Standard.
I was switiching between Inventory and a back pack while under water when the game froze. Hope this crash report helps the mod pack team out.
