I have tried all the ideas I have seen worth trying. I have put hours of research into it and found nothing really relating to my problem. Firewall has been on and off for it. It used to work flawlessly, then NEI started derping and crashing me after a few seconds of looking at recipes. Then I get the thaumcraft unknown entity error and it crashes as soon as I get that. But I can be in game for anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 minutes until it pops up. My latest crash without the unknown entity error was this: http://pastebin.com/QjShQMK7. I launched that using the mac launcher help code I saw helping other mac users by inputing a few lines into terminal. That was all I changed and I didnt get any errors in log or anything. But it just crashed.

Ok, I got it to work. If you are having this problem do this:
Ok FIRST, do what this website says
http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1596841-how-to-fix-crashing-with-feed-the-beast-on-mac/
then
once you open ftb lancher via Terminal
do this http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/mac-osx-crash-after-short-time-solved-mindcrack-pack.16326/
now just select the Mindcrack FTb and launch it.
