Windows .exe crash on mojang screen

Operating System, bit type: 8.1 64 bit
Java version/update, bit type: 7 up 51 64bit
Launcher version: 1.3.4 (i think)
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n):y
Console log, pastebin.com link: plese see atchment as read timed out error when trying to pastebin
Description of the problem:it crashes no obvious problem only known update was win 8 auto update

Please post the log to pastebin please because text file are impossible to read.
