Details of the issue:
Had trouble the previous session with AE2 related glitches. Things like items in inventory not placing correctly in the world, not updating in inventory until I interact with an AE2 interface. Now it's just a crash on launch of the world.
Thank you to anyone who's got a free minute to help!
 
If it's helpful, I have noticed that it does work when I revert to v2.5.2.
 
Delete this block with MCEdit,

  4. Location: World: (6,155,269)

Or temporarily disable Chicken Chunks, this will remove all chunk loaders.
 
Ah yep that seems to have taken care of it. It was an ender quarry running in the Deep Dark. Thank you!
