Windows .jar Crash entering server

Hi everyone. Recently, I've setup a new dedicated server (on my house). The server is fine, and I can enter the server. However, ONE of my friends has a problem. When he tries to enter the server, a random error appears, like "Bad Packet id:XX" or, the most common "Ticking Screen". What happens?

OS: Windows 7 32Bits
Pack: Direwolf20_pack

UPDATE1: Also, sometimes, it doesn't download the pack (most of the times) and it says "Error downloading modpack"
