Crash during Start up: Problem solved

Okay, so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right because it's the first time I've used this and the first time I've reported a crash.
For the last few days my FTB launcher has been unable to complete its launch and ends up stopping at the Mojang screen with an error message.

your problem is a config miss match:

Slot 4094 is already occupied by dan200.quantum.shared.BlockQuantumOre@740ba142 when adding shedar.mods.ic2.nuclearcontrol.BlockNuclearControlMain@27882f93

or simply:

Slot 4094 is already occupied by Quantum Ore when adding Nuclear Control Main
