Bug Crash Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

Hello,
I tryed to setup a local server to test the mods before I upload them on the real server.
I installed some mods and I've tested the server, it worked fine. Then I've installed another mod -> the server crashed.
I've removed the mod, and tryed again. Now the server has the problem (title).

Easiest solution is to update to Java 8 since it removes the permgen requirements due its better memory management.

Or you can do like this:
'XXermSize=512m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m'
