Crash at Server Join. Direwolf20 - 1.5v2

I have played on this Direwolf20 1.5v2 server for a few days and everything worked fine, but one day my hammer bugged out and looked like a square in different colours, however i dont know if this is important or not, it is just something that happend recently before i started crashing everytime i join the server. Also directly before the first crash if i remember correctly i picked up this "hammer" and right clicked, and that was the first crash.

I have already tried to "uninstall" ftb so i get a clean and fresh copy of all files but that didnt work. Have already tried restarting the pc and reinstall java, didnt work. I really need help on how to fix this, Iam clueless.

If the hammer was the thing that bugged then the problem would be with your playername.dat file on the server. That is where the server keeps the info about your items on your character. Ask an admin on the server to backup and delete your playername.dat file and refund the item that you will loose. I'm not sure if this will affect any thaumcraft research or the like, but if it does maybe the admin will be willing to use an NBT editor to remove just the hammer and see if that fixes it for you. That is why I suggested asking them to make a backup just in case. Hope that this helps and was your problem.
