in Direwolf20 pack you can't make Ultimate solar helmet but its in NEI. it uses an Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panel but you can't craft it. Did the wrong solar panels get put in for is it ment to be like that?

Direwolf wanted compact solar panels instead of advanced solar panels in his pack, so it is by his choice of mods, that the ultimate solar helmet is uncraftable.
