couple issues with server leaking

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Is this a dedicated server or is it running on the same machine as a client?

How much ram is total on the machine, how much is allocated to the server (and if there's a client on as well - how much ram is allocated to the client?)

It is running on the same pc i play minecraft on. My pc has 16G of ram and I set in the settings for the server
set MIN_RAM=4g
set MAX_RAM=4g
set PERMGEN_SIZE=256M
6144MB is allocated in my curse client.
