Hey guys,

Ive been playing several FTB packs with a group of friends over the past year. Direwolf20, Ultimate, Unleashed, etc.

At this point, we finished off the dragon in Unleashed and the interest drops off pretty quickly. So I told them I would do some digging to find something to give us more tasks, quests, or anything with rpg like features to help keep us busy in the game.

SO, I did some research and came up with DivineRPG, Take of Kingdoms, and Millenaire primarily.

My friends and I like the IC2 items and any modern tech, but the appeal of the RPG type mods really draw us in too. So I started trying to piece together some of the mods into Ultimate or Unleashed to see what I can do and 95% of the time, it throws back a black screen after the logo. Im aware Ill have to post the log but I wanted to see if I was even barking up the right tree before I go doing all that. Ive tried following the easy to find guides around several boards, even using the provided configs with no luck.

Are there any other rpg type mods out there I should consider pairing up with the packs we like? Or should I stick to these and see what I could do with resolving the errors Im running into?

Thanks for the help,

Warmouth

The thing about survival minecraft is that you pretty much have to use your imagination & make your own fun. From the sound of it, you may be happier looking into playing some of the adventure maps. Though I've only watched youtubers run through vanilla maps, there ought to be some interesting modded maps out there. All you adventurers out there should suggest your favorite maps for Warmouth.

I never really thought about modded maps before. Could definitely throw a new spin on things for sure.
