Bug Could someone please Help with modded minecraft crashing?

Hello there! I am trying to play this unofficial modpack I have found and I keep getting crashes from minecraft. The regualar "Minecraft has crashed" message and log doesn't come up either. So i took this out of my files. Please help! (also I am using a mac)

Best guess, you're using the wrong version of forge. Update to 1230.

Gah, and I don't know why I keep helping people who post random crash logs
