Summary of the problem Corrupted world post-mortem

What is the bug? My world got corrupted. I don't think it was due to any specific thing, but am uploading the logs, in case there is an issue for other people. (I'm not hugely concerned, since this is the first time I've ever had a corrupted minecraft world.)
Immediately before the crash happened, I was harvesting mystical agriculture crops and had created an Extra Utils 2 filter blacklist for my mob farm. I had a strange crash last Friday and my Immersive Engineering wiring disappeared. Those are the only crashes out of the ordinary (besides memory leak slowdowns) that I've had. This morning I noticed it was lagging badly, and when I went to restart minecraft, it crashed and got corrupted. It happened roughly 10 minutes after a cold boot of my computer. (OS: Linux,64-bit, Slackware 14.2, java 1.8.111.)
