Just go to the destination of where your ftb launcher is, usually the folders that hold the modpacks are in the same destination. Simply delete the folder that says "Ultimate", open the FTB launcher again and click FTB ultimate and click the version you used. It will redownload all the files, and the .jar file will be cleaned as new.
