Cool ways to use conveyor belts?

cool builds you all had.

I haven't started (and I never will, actually) this build, but I've been tossing around the idea of making a massive airport now that I have moving sidewalks and a way to deal with luggage (golems are just too expensive to keep around, especially now that they've formed a union on my server).

Now that we have MFR in FTB, I was wondering if you guys could share any cool builds you all had.

I'm working on a massive mob grinder system in creative atm...
It has a spawner for more or less any mob that can be spawned and then bring them into a central area for humm... grinding... It is using a LOT of conveyor belts as well as some other odds and bits. I've run out of room for more spawners in each chamber tho.. (there are 4 spawn chambers), so I'm thinkong of maybe doing a 4 spawner chamber.. the chambers get a bit overrun with mobs
the item per minute ratio is rather insane. will upload a vid tour later today internet gods permitted.

To expand on the idea: I wonder if you can make a working escalator with conveyor belts in a stair pattern coupled with the Boots of the Traveller to automatically jump up to the next block.

I have planned to make a wool factory with tanks of dye, and have the wool go down the conveyor to packaging :) unnecessary but cool!

If I remember correctly, you can just make a working escalator without needing anything to get you up to the next block as they automatically connection. You need to use the "hammer" that MFR adds on the lower conveyor belt to connect them. It works in both upward and downward (direction of movement). As I type this, I'm going in a circle. Good times, eh?

I should have said up front that I haven't touched much of MFR yet. Would that make a single conveyor belt at a 45 degree angle (like minecart rails)? My thought was to keep the look of an actual escalator, which has stairs.

Yeah, it does. Mm... What about a piston-powered sticky-piston escalator? Not one that uses pistons to push you, but one that uses pistons to move stairs... Well, there will surely be ways, but it works fairly well without having to mess around too much.
