Title Converting Lite Map to Infinity Evolved

Details of the issue I have played FTB Lite 1.2.3 together with my wife for a long time, because of an old 32 Bit Laptop.
Now I want to play Infinity Evolved 2.6.0, but my wife wants to continue playing the Map.

I have tried to open the Map with Infinity, but it crashed, trying to delete the conflicting Blocks and Items.

Then I destroyed the Blocks and Items ingame manually, but it did not help.

Is there a way to convert Maps to other Modpacks? Maybe a converter?

What you are asking just isn't possible. First you going backward from 1.10.2 to 1.7.10 in minecraft versions. Then to add to that difference you are changing out a bunch of mods. Lastly a few mods that are the same have completely revamped (Extra Utilites & TiC). Best to start with a new world.
