You don't.
You can pump steam into a steam turbine from factorization though.

I don't think you can pump steam out of steam dynamos
Your best bet would probably be a caliometric burner

Pretty sure SFM can pull steam out of dynamo

Or just plug a water hatch on the big reactor and pull the steam directly
