Convert Essence/Liquid XP/Knowledge?

Is there a way to convert between these fluids? The Mob Duplicator from Industrial Foregoing only takes Essence but the mob_grinding Grinder produces liquid XP. Even more, with Actually Additions, mobs drop solidified XP. I'd love to use all of the incompatible ones and convert them to Essence to use in the Mob Dup to spawn Wither Skeletons.
