Constantly crashing on single player world, Help!

Hey all.
Well i constantly keep having crash problems and i'm not doing the same thing every time either, sometimes im making a crafting table (for AE) or i'm just exploring to loads of other different things.

Remove WR-CBE, load up the world, then get off the world and re-add WR-CBE if you want to have wireless redstone. Note: This will remove all wireless redstone items, like wireless receiveers and transmitters.

Update: Nope still got the same crash

You should be using java 7 not 6.

i had to use Java 6 because i was one of the unfortunate few who wasn't getting AM2 to work when linking nexus to alter.
