Constant Server Crash Error! Please Help!

Well in the last couple of days I've been getting this error. Soemtimes thes erevr just crashes then at times it just stop the world generation and processes of opening chests and such but chat continues. Here's a full crash log.

CentOS /
Intel E3-1270 Quad Core 3.5 GHz / ​
32 GB DDR3 RAM ECC​
