Constant freezing

Title Constant freezing

Details of the issue My game is constantly freezing and stops responding. I'll literally just turn 1 block and it will freeze. For some reason it keeps making my GPU spike to 100% usage for anywhere from 1-10 seconds. Also, even when I am in the pause menu the game starts freezing.
