Constant crash using FTB Inventions 1.7.10 with latest FTB launcher

So this always happens sometimes it takes an hour sometimes 15 mins... Its frustrating. The infamous "Server Shutdown"

I've got the log of the latest crash if that's any use should i post it here?

UPDATE : On the chats we found out that there is a high chance that the bug occurs when an item is about to be auto-refilled (Say a broken pickaxe changed for an other one).

where should i report this bug?

Played a couple of hours this time with "auto-refill" turned off and no crash at all
