If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
(ignore the first set of crashes, sorry, i figured out the bugs there. this is more for the most recent load-up) I honestly have no clue what the issue is. I recently got a new computer, and decided to try playing minecraft on it. The issue might be related to my computer being too new, since it's Windows 10? I don't think there's a way to downgrade, but damn it'd suck if this is the reason behind it.​
