Consistent crashes at random times

Details of the issue:
I am currently having a problem with my game and was wondering if someone could possibly help deduce what is wrong and if further possible, suggest a solution as I have no idea due to being a noob at this stuff. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I attempt to play on a friend's slightly modified version of the modpack on his server yet at random times my minecraft suddenly shuts down with no warning. I have to open the launcher and am left waiting for the modpack to load so I can re-join the game before the problem inevitably occurs again at random soon after entering the world.
The problem is making playing FTB Infinity Evolved unbearable to play as I have come to expect the 'crash' every time I play. I have found the crash report for what I believe is the problem. I have also made sure 4GB of ram is dedicated to minecraft.​
