Details of the issue:

I think it's a network or port issue or something. I've been googling for two days now to no avail. I've messed with a million firewall settings, created custom exceptions and what not. So now I come to you, wonderful community. Help me FTB Forums, you are my only hope.​

I may, lemme ask the server admin. He was having trouble getting the console to open for some reason or another.

hm, I dont see any errors.
1. reinstall java.
2. reinstall windows(fully imho)
