ok so I looked at the console for direwolf 1.6.4 and it says the mudpack is out of date

Uploading 120 MB is impossible for me. Sorry. Bad connection. :/

Well, paste is gone. Anyways. You can download and install manually. After downloading, hit "Edit Mod Pack" button. Then hit "Add Mods"on the right bottom corner. Then select and add mods. You should be fine then.
