Connection refused, can't download mods

FTB Launcher version (if this isn't the newest update update and try again):Newest, just downloaded it
Minecraft Version: 1.4.7
Java version: 7 (1.7.0_11)
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: I accidentally deleted my Minecraft folder that had all my instances and when I tried redownloading FTB none of the mods would download for any of the modpacks. The launcher opens fine and it will say Direwolf20 or MindCrack but it will basically be vanilla.

I did the same thing as you I think it's just a bug that's being worked on. All you need is patience

actually it was because i had set the download location to west coast in the launcher options

hmm I had to put it on automatic to fix it

Yeah, I had set it to download from west-coast and that was the problem.

soon as I put it to automatic it worked
