Summary of the problem Conflicting Water + Pot crafting

What is the bug? [beta branch, so not sure if this should or should not be posted here]
Fresh Water and Pot have two recipies, one making salt and one making bubbly water.
Not a huge problem, but not the greatest feeling when you find you have several stacks of bubbly water instead of salt

Is it repeatable? should be as simple as trying to craft salt using fresh water
Known Fix using a bucket or bottles of water still gets you salt
