Configuring NEI with Gregtech.

Wasn't sure if this is "tech support" but its mostly just a customization thing.

Is there a way to have NEI show the easy mode recipe with gregtech?

I'm still learning the recipe's for stuff and it gets confusing when the right ones don't show up.

The recipes shown are based on your client configs, not the server you are playing on.

Ask your server admins if it is possible to get the server config for Greg Tech, if they used the "easy mode" found on this forum, or if they can at least give you all the changes they made.

Basically, if your client config matches the server config, you will see the right recipes.

That's the basics, and will be the same for any other mod that can have different recipes based on config options.

I mean for singleplayer.

I'm trying to find out where to change those configs in NEI.

In SSP, the recipes shown should always be the recipes that are working, as it takes them directly from Minecraft.

Could you tell me what you changed in Greg config, so that I could try to help?

Ah. I found the proper config.

I didn't realize gregtech had so many different config's and I wasn't looking for more than the gregtech.cfg
