Config backup doesn't backup options.txt

Why options.txt important? Key bindings are stored within.
Now I have learnt never trust somebody's backup system.
Totally unnecessary info:
Operating System and bit type: Windows 8, 64 bit
Java version/update and bit type: JDK 1.7.45, 64 bit
Launcher version: 1.3.2
Console log, pastebin.com link: none
Description of the Issue: subject
 
This is better suited as something to provide as Launcher Feedback. There's nothing Tech Support can do about this.
