Details of the issue:
The Concussion creeper fucked me and teleported me out of the world while mining at Y:12 not sure if it is a bug, however i personally believe it shouldnt be able to teleport that far to truly put me under the whole world. hence i was salty due to having alot of op stuff on me.​
 
And what exactly made you post this on the tech support forum? If you believe it is a bug, then why not go report it to the mod author in question? Not a whole lot anyone here can help with. Specially not without knowing anything about which modpack, version, modversion etc...

Oh and if you happen to double post by mistake, do everyone a favour and delete one of them.
 
I assume you are playing Infinity, in your world/data folder you should have a file looking like this: inventory-mc_crab-2015-02-19_19.09.11-death-0.dat You can then use /ob_inventory restore to get your items back.
