Hey guys, I am not a massive user of ComputerCraft, and I know that OpenPeripherals adds a lot of stuff, but I haven't installed it just because I only need one thing, and I am not sure if it adds it.

I am wondering if there is a turtle that has a wrench attachment. This is because I have an idea for a massive mining project using Turtles to place Mining Wells (from buildcraft) Energy Conduits and Energy Cells (from thermal expansion) and Ender chests (from Ender storage). Then they would wait for the Mining Wells to mine down to bedrock, then break the chests, mining wells and energy conduits. BUT they need to be able to wrench the conduits to keep them powered.

So obviously, I would need a wrench turtle, and I haven't really used ComputerCraft since MC version 1.2.5... so I am a little out of the loop on ComputerCraft.
If this turtle exists, could you please tell me which mod adds it? (as I know there is more than OpenPeripherals)

Thanks a bunch

AFAIK there is notma wrench turtle (may be wrong) but why not use MFFS? Dire did something similar with his überminer in his single player LP where it was a platform moved by MFFS and accessed with an AM2 gateway.

Because powering that is a bit of a PITA and I'd much rather have less blocks... also I don't really like magic mods, so that means no AM2 and I haven't used MFFS before, and it looks more complicated than ComputerCraft :p

Engineering turtle
Is that part of OpenPeripherals or...?

It's added by TE3. IIRC it only works on TE stuff. I could be wrong though.

I'm pretty sure the engineering Turtle is compatible with anything that's Buildcraft wrench compatible. Direwolf was using it on an MFFS force manipulator which is definitively not TE3.

So the engineering turtle is from MiscPeripherals... But that mod hasn't been updated since 1.5.2. And in the CCforum thread there is a broken link for 1.6 download, anyone know where else it can be downloaded from?

Please, don't use MiscBugs. It's not healthy.
