computercraft turtle not showing interface

i cant get an interface showing on the turtle even when i make a new one it doesnt show any and i cant edit any program on another turtle there some kind of fail in the edit program all my other turtles work fine plz help me!!

Are you playing on a server? Are turtles enabled on the server if so?

If it's ssp, which modpack and version are you using?

yes im playing on a server but i have like 12 turtles allready who work fine only those two dont one cant edit anything and one not showing an interface and when i craft a new it doesnt show an interface eather im playing mindcraft version 8.0.1 no mods disabled and we have no plugins

I bet I know the problem, you guys upgraded them to Windows 8 right? Not cool.

Seriously though, same problem here. Plenty of turtles on this server already. Specifically melee turtles, but I think other kinds are in use as well. I place the turtle, right click and I get a black screen on the turtle's GUI. ctrl-r and ctrl-t have no influence. They work fine in single player. Playing DW20's modpack.

we are hosting a server on creeperhost so what does that have to do with windows 8 and i dont even have windowns 8 and yes it works in singelplayer fine

It was just a joke silly. black screen of death on the turtle. etc..

Weird thing is, woke up this morning and turtles now work again. My server guy didnt do a thing. No clue.

Odd! Maybe the turtles wanted a break, and sneaked off on holiday, leaving pretend turtles behind...

Same here, playing on my own server, mindcrack with no plugins and some days they work some days they don't, very weid, maybe only on a new version

Just a thought, Minecraft may not load the files. Can you upload your console log to pastebin.com? That would help a ton.

Have any of you been playing around with on startup programs?
I've seen simular issues caused by that, don't remember the fix right now though.
Basicly the issue was that a bug in a on startup program that caused the turtle OS to be unable to load.
Any turtles already running would run just fine, but new turtles or turtles that was reset wouldn't start.
Does this sound like the issue you are having?

Just a thought, Minecraft may not load the files. Can you upload your console log to pastebin.com? That would help a ton.

I would think that would crash the server, or at least throw an error in the server console, since FileNotFoundException's tend to destroy everything in their path.
