Problem Computer Screens Are Black And Quest Don't Work

I've been playing the map for a couple of days now and the quest island won't let me turn things in. I've already pressed the reset button inside of the pyramid but it didn't work. Now, most of the screens are black and only a few quests even show.
 
It can take a while to fully reset, up to 20 mins or so. Are the 'black' screens showing any text?

No, it's just black. I've had to press the reset button before and it worked but this time it's doing squat.
