Well, RF/t they both generate 80, and idk how you compare fuel efficiency, considering they are two different fuel sources.

Huh?

A 36 HP steam boiler generates 1440 RF/t. Obviously it blows the compression dynamo away. What I'm really wanting to know though is what is more BUCKET efficient.

Oh, thought you said Steam Dynamo, lol. Probably the compression dynamo, unless you can put Gelid Cryotheum into the liquid fueled firebox.

IIRC one bucket of fuel lasts about one minute in a steam boiler, producing 1.73 million RF. One bucket in a compression dynamo produces 1.5 million RF.

Water. Does it matter? I thought it just lasts longer than water in the dynamo.
Too bad that wiki information is often inaccurate or outdated.

Yeah, it lasts longer.
That equates to more RF.

I was speaking of the Cryotheum, not the fuel. Gotta test this now.

Edit: I tested it and it doesn't matter if you use water or Cryotheum, the fuel is consumed at the same rate.
